Clergy stresses need for christians to inwardly re-examine themselves of ungodly acts

The need for Christians to inwardly re-examine and purge themselves of ungodly acts had been stressed.

Secretary of Saint Joseph Lutheran Church MOPOL Barracks Mabmba Yola, Mdahyelya Joshua stated this in a sermon delivered at the church.

Taking his reading from Luke chapter six verse twenty seven through fourty two titled the message “Watch out your action closely”.

He urged the congregation to strive to live a morally sound life and resist all appearance of evil.

While warning against being unduly judgemental, the scribe counselled Christians to learn to accept corrections and shun evil tendency.

He charged the congregants to maintain cordial working relationship with the divinity and respect humanity.
