Adamawa Pilgrims joins counterparts in Minna to commence Hajj exercise

Adamawa State Pilgrims have joined their counterparts the world over in Minna, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to commence the rituals for Hajj twenty-twenty three.

Correspondent gathered that none of the Adamawa Pilgrims, was left behind, were conveyed to the Tent City Mina to await ascend to Arafat on Tuesday.

Unlike previous Hajj exercises, this year, there was no complain of shortages of bed spaces as every pilgrim got a mattress and space to sleep.

In an interview, Permanent Secretary and Executive Secretary of State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission, Malam Abubakar Salihu said every pilgrim was provided with a mattress and sleeping space in the tent.

Malam Abubakar Salihu who was visibly elated with the development, appreciated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his tremendous support and co-operation extended to the Commission which enabled the success witnessed.

At the time of filling this report, Adamawa Pilgrims were all sound and Healthy and set for the proper Hajj exercise.
