Adamawa APC Lawmaker, Abubakar Isa Shelleng. donates Toyota Avensis Saloon Car worth #2m to Kiri Dev. Area Administrator

The member representing Shelleng Constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly Alhaji Abubakar Isa has assured that he will continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of his Constituency.

Alhaji Abubakar Isa who stated this while presenting a Toyota Avensis Saloon Car worth two million naira to Administrator Kiri Development Area Malam Babangida Adamu Ardo says his concern is to ensure ensure that he paid all his loyalist and those who played significant role towards his re-election for second term

The lawmaker who is the Chairman House standing Committee on Housing and Urban Development said he will in due course expand the scope of the gesture to accommodate more committed All Progressives Congress APC members among others.

He said, it was a glaring reality that during his tenure as member representing Shelleng he has been able to fixed decayed infrastructure such as facilitating for the construction of over thirty five kilometer road from Kiri to Shelleng, renovation and construction of schools, provision quality health care, portable driving water and multi million naira electrification project among others.

Also Speaking during the presentation, the member representing Ganye Constituency Alhaji Alhassan Hammanjoda said the donation will empower the beneficiary as well as to spur him to redouble the sacrifices and commitments towards moving his area and the APC forward.

In his remarks, Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal, the State APC chairman, who was represented by the State Publicity Secretary of the party Alhaji Muhammad Abdullahi,commended the Abubakar Isa for the gesture described him as good ambassador to the party and challenged other members to borrow a leaf from their colleague.

Earlier in his address the Shelleng ward Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC who spoke on behalf of other ward Chairmen in Shelleng local government thanked the lawmaker for sacrificing some part of his wealth to encourage party members.

Former member representing Shelleng Alhaji Habu Bomu and former Commissioner doctor Isa Salihu Barima thanked appreciated him for putting smiles on the faces of APC loyalist since his assumption to office in twenty fifteen through the donation of vehicles and motorcycles among other gestures.

On his part a retired Permanent Secretary who is also from Shelleng Constituency Alhaji Saleh Mato and Marafan Shelleng Constituency Office Coordinator Alhaji Shitu Ado called on the beneficiary to make proper use of the Car and urged other party members who had the means to emulate the gesture.

Responding after receiving the key of the Car, the Administrator Kiri Development Area Malam Babangida Adamu Ardo lauded the efforts of the member and assured that they would use the donation wisely and judiciously.
