ADHA to tackle illegal operation of motor parks

Adamawa State House of Assembly Standing Committee on Transport, Rural Insfrasturacture and Community Development has vowed to tackled illegal Motor Park operating in the State.
The committee Chairman of the House who is the member representing Maiha Constituency Ahmed Jingi Belel stated this when he led other members of the committee on a tour to motor parks across the state capital.
He said illagal Motor Parks pose serious threat to security of lives and property of citizens hence the need to stop it.
Jingi Belel said some parks will be marge together with recognise parks for security of Passengers in the state.
He assured the officials of Parks visited of House support at all times for development Adamawa.
Speaking, the State Commissioner for Transport Development Musa Mahmud Kallamu reiterated commitment of Government towards improving transport sector in the state.
The Commissioner announced that Innoson Buses Procured by state Government will soon start operation hence the need for People of Adamawa to support Government for meaningful development.
He assured Drivers and officials of motor parks visited of Government support at all time.
The Parks visited by the Committee include Woila Park, Falluja Motor Park, Sauki Transport, Jambutu Motor Park as well as Adamawa Shunshine Motor parks.
The House committee was also at the Vehicle Inspection Center undergoing construction by state Government to digitised vehicle inspection in the state.
