Members of Adarawo Ward Muslim Council Standing Committees charge to assist in propagating Islam

Members of the Adarawo Ward Muslim Council Standing Committees have been charged to assist in propagating Islam and the teaching of Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

The Chairman Adarawo ward branch of the Muslim Council of Nigeria, Malam Nuru Badamasi gave the charged while inaugurating the standing Committees at Gobirawo Jumma’at Mosque in Wuro-Hausa Yola.

He said their selection was purely on merit and called on them to work towards achieving the aims and objectives of establishing the council.

The chairman challenges them to exhibit patriotism, integrity and diligence, in the discharge of their duties.

In his address the chairman of the occasion who is also the Executive Secretary Yola South Local Education Authority Malam Ibrahim Usman called on those inaugurated to work towards the progress of Islam.

In his remarks, the chairman Yola South Muslim Council, Modibbo Umar Sambo Ngurore who is represented by Vice Chairman one Malam Muhammad Sa’idu congratulated the newly inaugurated Committee; members and called on well do individuals to contribute in realizing the vision and mission of establishing the council.

Some of the Committees inaugurated are; Da’awah, Information and Publication, Reconciliation, Research and planning, Education and Nomadic, zakat and Wakaf, among others.
