State RATTAWU Chairman describes his victory at Court as victory of all members

The Adamawa state Chairman of Radio Television Theater and Art Workers union RATTAWU, Comrade Shehu Saad Bolware has described his victory at Upper Area Court two Yola as victory for all members.

Addressing Journalists Friday, Comrade Sa`ad Bolware expressed gratitude to the National Secretariat of RATTAWU for its support throughout the hearing.

The chairman while seeking for more support from members to move the union forward, promised to work hard for the overall development of the union in all chapels.

Reacting to the development, the RATTAWU Chairman ABC Yola chapel, Comrade Andrews Sanda expressed delight over the victory.

He called on aggrieved members of the union to have a rethink and support the chairman to move the union to greater heights.

The court ruled that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the case, and therefore strike it out.

It could be recalled that some aggrieved members of the union went to court challenging the re-election of the chairman, Comrade Shehu Sa`ad on twenty third July twenty-twenty.
