NGO Bestow Award On Paninga

The Executive Chairman Adamawa state Planing Commission, Doctor Mary Paninga has bagged an award for her integrity and good Stewardship.

A Non-Governmental Organization, Centre for peace and self-value Re-orientation presented the award to her in her office at State Secretariat Yola on Wednesday.

Making the presentation, the Executive Director of the Organization, Comrade Abubakar Oyibo said the award was based on her ethical leadership, honesty, discipline and public accessibility.

He saluted Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for appointing people of proven Integrity who can contribute to economic development of the state.

While receiving the award, the Executive Chairman, Adamawa state Planning Commission, Doctor Mary Paninga thanked the organization for finding her worthy of the award.

She promised to do her best in serving the government and people of Adamawa.

In his vote of thanks, the Permanent Secretary in the commission, Alhaji Usman Mapeo described the awardee as a whokalic, open minded and straight forward public officer.

There were goodwill messages from Board Chairman, Adamawa state Bureau of statistics,Mr Luka Yakubu and Assistance Director Administration and Human Resources in the state Planing Commission Mrs Widwawna Anthony.
