PDP Receives Over Seven Thousand Defectors In Jada LGA

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has received seven thousand and eighty-eight defectors in Jada local government area from other political parties into the People’s Democratic Party PDP.

Among them are two thousand two hundred and ninety-six All Progressives Congress members, and three thousand six hundred and eighty-seven Social Democratic Party SDP among others.

Addressing people in the area, Governor Fintiri acknowledged the support from people of Jada, since twenty nineteen general elections, saying government will continue to provide leadership through deploying infrastructure and providing welfare to the people across the state for development to thrive.

He said Jada Comprehensive School will be upgraded to Science Base institution in the first quarter of twenty-twenty-three.

The Governor opined that the giant strides of his administration will continue to persuade people into PDP and assured to continue provide good leadership in the areas of security, education and Infrastructure among others.

He called on members of other opposition political parties in the state to join hands with his administration in building the state.

In his remark, the State Chairman of PDP Barrister Tahir Shehu while receiving the defectors described them as people with great influence in Jada who will deliver the area for PDP in subsequent elections.

He charged party supporters to hasten and obtain their voters card assuring that the PDP will carryy all the returnees along in the scheme of party activities.

Senator Binos Dauda Yaroe of Adamawa South in the National Assembly said the event has proved that Adamawa people have acknowledged the giant strides of the present administration.

The State Commissioner of Works and Energy Adamu Atiku said Jada has never got it so good than under the Fintiri administration in the areas of construction of four kilometres and bridges in Jada among other viable projects.

On his part, Commissioner of Youths and Sports, Aloysius Babadoke believed that the PDP in Adamawa will receive more defectors owing to people’s oriented manifestos.

The majority leader of the state House of Assembly, Hamman Tukur Yetisuri assured that the people in the area would deliver PDP in twenty twenty-three with landslide victory.

On his part, Mohammed Inuwa Basi said Adamawa has never regretted voting for Governor Fintiri and advised people not to repeat mistake of voting incompetent party in twenty twenty-three elections.

Responding, Malam Mahmud and Umar UJ and Alhaji Musa Hammawa who described Governor Fintiri as a detribalized leader with great Passion for development and assured him loyalty and support.
