New Waziriyar Song turbaned

The District Head Song, Alhaji Ahmadu Saidu has turbaned, Director Administration of Local Government Service Commission, Hajiya Aishatu Abubakar Ahmed Song as new Waziriyar Song.
The ceremony took place Friday at the District Heads palace in Song which was attended by hundreds of people.
Speaking shortly after the ceremony, the District Head, Alhaji Ahmadu Saidu charged the new Waziriyar Song, Hajiya Aishatu Abubakar Ahmed Song to work together with other traditional title holders in Song to move the district forward.
Alhaji Saidu said it is the first time the district has conferred the title on a woman.
The Community leader explained that Hajiya Aishatu Abubakar Ahmed Song was selected based on her immense contributions to the growth and development of the domain.
Ardo Song while congratulating new Waziriyar Song advised her to carry everyone alone while discharging her responsibilities.
In her remark, the Executive Secretary, Primary Health Care Development Authority, Song Local Government, Mrs Indiana David Lawosa appreciated the District Head of Song for Turbaning Hajiya Aishatu Abubakar Ahmed Song as new Waziriyar Song.
She charged the newly Waziriyar Song to redouble her efforts in assisting the people especially those from the grassroots.
Responding on behalf of the new Waziriyar Song President Royalty Women Development Initiative Adamawa state, Hajiya Aishatu Umar Bamanga thanked the district head for the confidence reposed on her.
Hajiya Aishatu Abubakar Ahmed Song pledged to discharge her duties diligently to the best of her ability.
