Lawmaker assures more Devidends of Democracy to constituents

The Member Representing Mubi South Constituency at the Adamawa State House of Assembly Hon. Musa Umar says he will continue to deliver more devidends of democracy to the people of his Constituency.

Hon. Bororo stated this at Sali Isa Hall, while presenting multi million naira cash, sewing machines, relief materials and other empowerment items to about 800 people across the political wards in Mubi South Local Government Area.

According to him, the gesture is part of his effort towards fulfilling the campaign promises he made to the electorate in order to eradicate poverty among teeming Youths, women and other vunerable groups in the society.

While pledging to change the narratives of idleness which is the main cause of poverty among people especially Youth also urged them to engage into meaningful ventures for them to be self reliant.

He added that his decision to expend millions of naira to provide empowerment material to his people and food items to his people is due the high level of poverty among them.

He also explained that the idea behind whopping donations is to eradicate poverty and make sure that his people regain their financial freedom in this Covid-nineteen period.

In their remarks the Majority Leader Adamawa State House of Assembly Alhaji Hammantukur Yettisuri and Alhaji Shaibu Dan Musa of Mubi North Constituency while commending Governor Ahmadu Umaru Finitiri for granting approval for the release of the Constituency Project fund urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the cash support given to them.

Speaking while Presenting the cash the Adamawa State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal represented by Organising Secretary of party Alhaji Ahmad Lawan said Bororo has proved to the people that, they have voted for a representative who put their interest above his own personal interest and urged other lawmakers to emulate him.

On their separate remarks the APC Chairman Mubi South Local Government Alhaji Njobdi Kwoja enjoined the people to continue their support for the lawmaker to enable him succeed in changing the lives of the electorate.

Representives of Youth and Women groups who spoke during the thanked the lawmaker for carrying them along and assured him of their support and cooperation for the development of the area.

Some of the beneficiaries in their votes of thanks, commended Musa Bororo for his kind gesture, described him as a man of the people who uplift the lives of his constituents
