The Deputy Speaker Adamawa state House of Assembly Pwamakaino Makwando has expressed determination of present administration in providing developmental projects across the nook and crannies of the state.

He stated this when he granted audience to executive members of MGBANGHE Association on a courtesy call at the state Assembly complex in Yola.

Mr Makwando who is  the member representing Numan Constituency said Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has executed various projects within a short period in office and appreciated him for undertaking roads construction in Numan and appealed to MGBANGHE members and people of Numan for their  support to the present administration.

The Deputy speaker assured the association of his support at all times to enable it carryout it activities effectively.

Speaking Earlier, the President of MGBANGHE Mr Tade Homohodye said they were at the Assembly complex to show their appreciation and support to the lawmaker and thanked Governor Ahmadu Fintiri for embarking on developmental projects across the state.

He said the organization is poised at empowering Communities through education as well as strengthening traditional institutions.

Other objectives of the association he said include promoting the culture of Debate and engaging local communities on policies so that they will have a voice.

The president said the association is also committed to providing free medical outreach as well as providing relief to victims of disaster in some areas in Numan and Demsa local government.

While commending the deputy speaker for his quality representation, Mr Tade solicited for his support to ensure the success of the annual Essay writing competition and cultural dialogue series.

Speaking in an interview, one of the members of the association who is also the chairman board members ATV Yola, Mr Senam Murrey said MGBAGHE association is a nongovernmental and non profitable organization that is rendering services to the people.

Meanwhile, the MGBANGHE Association has earlier, paid a courtesy call on the vice Chancellor Adamawa state University Mubi, Professor Kaletapwa George Farauta at the liaison office of the institution in Yola.
