Coalition Of Associations Endorses Fintiri For Second Term

A political pressure group, Coalition of Community Based Association in Yola North local government has declared its support for the reelection Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintri for the second term.

The coalition who made the declaration in a gathering tagged ‘Consolidating Democratic gains in Yola North, Fintri’s Footprints of stability for prosperity’ held at Lelewal Motel Jumeta, said the endorsement was based on developmental achievements recorded by the Fintiri’s government in the area.

The guest speaker, who is also the Secretary to the State Government Mallam Bashir Ahmed, lauded the foresight of the association for supporting Fintiri led administration.

He explained that Governor Fintiri will consolidate on the gains recorded, if given another mandate.

The guest speaker who is also the Kakkaki Adamawa x-ray projects executed by Fintiri’s administration in Yola North that cut across most of the sectors including political appointments.

In his remark, the convener of the event, Sulaiman Hamman called on people to reelect Governor Fintri for continuity and good governance, and always make constructive criticism.

Speaking on behalf of over sixty associations that made up the coalition, Mr John Luka promised that Yola North will give block votes for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP considering the gains recorded in the area.

There were goodwill messages from stakeholders including, the District head Jimeta, an elder in the area Doctor Martins Bimba and other community leaders from various wards in Yola North.
