Cluster Heads for disturbution of Nets Enjoined to use knowledge acquired

Twenty-five cluster heads who are engaged in the distribution of Insecticide Treated Nets in Fufore local government area, have been enjoined to use the knowledge gained from the three-day workshop to ensure the success of the distribution exercise.

Management Sciences for Health, MSH Local government Coordinator for Fufore, Mr. Enushai Pascal made the call in an interview, noted that the purpose of the training was to impact knowledge on the cluster heads to enable them to play their expected roles.
He explained that the training went well and all issues relating to the distribution exercise was exhausted during the training period and expressed satisfaction that all arrangements for the distribution exercise is concluded.

One of the resource persons, Mr. Gbenga Oluyemi Akinbola, who is a Training and Technology Administrator said that training was for cluster heads, Technology Administrators, supervisors, among others to enable them to sensitize their distribution hub for a successful exercise.

He noted that the training method was to ensure that the knowledge gained is assimilated and used accordingly.

The resource person however said that some of the participants raised issues relating to security in some communities pointing out that the issue has been channeled to appropriate quarters.

One of the cluster heads, Mrs. Peace Audu, who is the only female among the participants, said the training was impactful and has broaden their knowledge on the use of the device.

According to her, the work is made much easier because reporting and other work is done with the use of the device.

She commended the resource person and assured that knowledge gained would be used for the realization of the set goals of the distribution exercise in the area.
