Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board gets new Chairman

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has approved the appointment of Sheikh Ibrahim Abubakar Daware as Chairman of Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrim Welfare Board.

This is contained in a statement released by the Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Humwashi Wonosikou on Monday.

The foremost Islamic Cleric and Scholar had served as State Chairman of Fityanul Islam of Nigeria and is currently the National Chairman Zawiatu Darikatu Tijjaniyya Foundation of Nigeria.

Governor Umaru Fintiri while congratulating the appointee charged him to work assiduously towards taking the Board to a place of envy to other states in tandem with the Fresh Air policy thrust of the present administration.
