Senator Binani revalidates APC Membership card

The ongoing registration and revalidation of All Progressives Congress APC membership nationwide ahead of twenty-twenty three general elections is a step towards laying the foundation of internal democracy within the party.

The Senator representing Adamawa Central in the National Assembly and Gimbiyar Adamawa Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani stated this while revalidating her membership in Yola.

She explained that after the exercise genuine party members will elect their leadership and also determine the candidates into various elected posts for the future elections.

The federal lawmaker said the exercise will do away imposition of candidates from any quarter as it going to be from bottom to top and not from top to bottom as was in the past.

Senator Binani called on those who attain the voting age to come out enmass and register, noting that it is the first step towards achieving a successful internal democracy in the party.
