Gov.Fintiri congratulates New Leadership of Correspondent chapel

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has described the Daji Sani led NUJ correspondents chapel as the popular choice of members and wants them to justify the confidence reposed in them.

The Governor in a statement by his Press Secretary Mr Humwashi Wonosikou said the profession is fast loosing grip of the true essence of practice in a fast changing communications age as a result of the activities of the non conventional media.

Rt. Hon. Fintiri said the activities of these actors is worrisome and tasks the Chapel to ensure they correct the mischief of dangerous rumour peddlers.

The Governor expresses confidence in the capacity of this new leadership to make a difference. While wishing them a successful tenure, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri assures his administrations support and conducive practicing environment.
