Coalition of Deregistered Political Parties, Adamawa State, a political pressure group has enjoined eligible voters in the state to come out en masse next Saturday and vote for credible candidates.

The leadership of the group made the call in an interview with ABC Reporter at the Broadcasting House Saturday, urging voters to think twice while casting their votes.

According to the Chairman of the group, Mr. Humphrey Mufti George Uding the preferred candidate for the governorship is Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri based on his track record, noting that voting for Fintiri will enable him to consolidate the achievements recorded by his administration.

On his part, the Secretary of the group, Mallam Usman Ismaila Hamman explained that the physical development of Fintiri’s administration is visible in all sectors to include, including Education, Health, Security, and Civil service among others.

He, therefore, called on the electorates to reciprocate the gesture by re-electing governor Fintiri for continuity.

On the recent Presidential and National Assembly elections, Mr. Uding gave kudos to the citizenry for exhibiting maturity during the election and hopes the same spirit will be maintained in the Governorship and State Assembly elections.

He observed that the election has changed the narratives of the previous election which were characterized by activities of thugs, attributing it to political awareness.
