State officials of RATTAWU Re-elected in to office

Adamawa State officials of the Radio, Television, Theater, and Arts Workers Union RATTAWU have been reelected in to office.
Comrade Shehu Sa`ad Bolware of Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation ABC Yola was re-elected unopposed alongside other officials of the Union at a delegate conference held at Mahmud Ribadu Square, Yola thursday.
Inaugurating the re-elected officials, the National Vice President of RATTAWU, Comrade Philip Danladi Umar enjoined the executive members to justify the confidence repose in them by being transparent and honest in steering the affairs of the union.
He called on them to put the priority of the members on top as they were all re-elected to continue with the quality leadership they had earlier exhibited.
Comrade Philip said the election was conducted after a motion was moved for dissolution of the Exco and affirmation of the officials as prescribed in the Union constitution.
According to the Union vice president, the congress is the highest decision making body of the Union at all levels, adding that if the congress passes a resolution then should be up-held.
Also speaking, Gombe state chairman of RATTAWU, Comrade Muhammad Sani Abdullahi urged the new state Exco to carry Members along in the discharge of their responsibilties.
In a remark shortly after the inauguration ceremony, the state Chairman of RATTAWU, Comrade Shehu Saad Bolware thanked members for their confidence on him and promised not to let them down.
He pledged to protect and facilitate the welfare of RATTAWU members at all levels so as to move the union to greater heights.
Those re-elected include, Shehu Saad Bolware Chairman, Bayode Dare Peter Vice chairman, Idris Danburam Secretary, Ibrahim Bobbo Treasurer and Happy Istifanus Assistant secretary.
Others are Daniel Clement Auditor, Aaron Isaak Jadami Publicity Secretary and Hauwa Zakari Financial Secretary.
