Muslim Council distributes Clothing to over 2 thousand Ophans in Mayo Belwa

Muslim Council Mayo Belwa local government area has distributed clothes to over two thousand ophans in the spirit of this year’s eidil fitr.
The distribution was done through the council’s Yateem committee to give the Orphans a sense of belonging.
Speaking during the distribution, the chairman of orphan’s committee Mayo Belwa Alhaji Salihu Bawuro represented by the Mbilla Ward Chairman of the committee, Mallam Muhammad Mahmud Ali said the cloths we’re secured from assistance from Muslims in Mayo Belwa and outside the town.
He noted that the beneficiaries were carefully selected in every Ward of the local government through various ward heads of the communities.
Alhaji Salihu thanked all those who contributed in assisting the orphans saying Allah will reward them abundantly.
In his remark, chairman Muslims Council Mayo Belwa local government area Modibbo Ahmadu Liman Aminu stressed the need for wealth to do Muslims to assist the needy and orphans in the society as it attract bountiful reward from Allah.
The chairman of Mayo Belwa local government council Mallam Muhammadu Buji represented by the Secretary of the local Government Mahmud Njabari commended Muslims council for the assistance adding that the council will continue to support such gestures to give the orphans a sense of belonging.
On his part, the District Head of Mayo Belwa Ardo Muhammadu Bamanga Dalil represented by the Madawaki Mayo Belwa Mallam Haruna Usman appreciated the ophans committee for doing a good job and urged them to maintain the tempo.
Wrappers and Yards were distributed to the benefiting orphans.
