Adamawa state Ministry of Education commences sales of forms

The state Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development has directed the Post Primary Schools Management Board to commence sales of employment forms to two thousand teachers in all subjects.

According to a statement, the forms will be sold as from twenty third October at the rate of five hundred naira only, the sales of forms  is being zone into five zones, Ganye local Government, Jada local Government, Toungo local Government, Mayo Belwa are to purchase their forms in GDSS capital school Yola.

The statement directed applicants from Ganye, Jada, Toungo and Mayo-Belwa to purchase the forms at Government Day Secondary School Capital School Yola.

Similarly, those from Fufore, Yola South and Yola North local government can obtain the forms at Aliyu Mustapha College Yola, while applicants from Numan, Lamurde, Guyuk, Shelleng and Demsa Local Government are to buy the forms in Government Day Secondary Luggere Jimeta.

It further indicates that applicants  from Gierei, Song, Hong and Gombi local government areas should buy the forms at General Murtala Mohammad college Yola, while those from Mubi, Madagali, Michika, Mubi North, Mubi South and Maiha Local Government areas are to obtain the forms at government Day Secondary school Doubeli.

The statement says only applicant who hold Nigeria Certificate in Education, NCE Higher National Diploma HND, Bachelor of Science BSc, Bachelor in Technology B-Tech and Post graduate Diploma in Education P.G.D.E and any other higher qualification should apply.

It warned applicants against multiple purchases of forms.

The statement indicated that the screening of application forms will be held from twenty eighth to thirtieth October, twenty –twenty.
