Senator Binani Commiserates with people of Garkida over demise of District Head

The Senator representing Adamawa Central Senatorial Zone Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani has commiserated with the Adamawa State Government, Adamawa Emirate Council and the good people of Garkida over the demise of the District Head of Garkida Alhaji Sai’du Ithari Tarfa.

The lawmaker, who also holds the traditional title of Gimbiyar Adamawa, described the demise of the traditional ruler as a great loss not only to his immediate family but Adamawa state in general.

The media aide to the Senator, Alhaji Usman Maulud Ibrahim quoted the Senator a saying the sad incident at this critical moment creates a huge vacuum not only for the immediate family, of the deceased, Garkida community and Adamawa Emirate Council but the entire State.

Senator Binani noted that the late District Head was a respected, courageous and a strong pillar in his Community, as well as a disciplinarian and devout Muslim.

She further described the deceased as a pious, truthful and straightforward person who exhibited transparent and exemplary leadership lifestyle worthy of emulation.

Senator Binani maintained that death is inevitable, and prayed to Allah to grant the soul of the deceased Aljantul Firdausi and the family, Adamawa State Government and the people of Garkida the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
