JIBWIS Chairman tasks parents on proper upbringing of their children

The chairman Izalatul Bidi’a Waiqamatus Sunnah, JIBWIS Adamawa Alhaji Sahabo Magaji has advised Parents to redouble their effort in ensuring proper-upbringing of their children.
He gave the advice at the closing of this year`s Ramadan Tafsir in Adamawa Television Corporation, ATV Jumma`at mosque.
Alhaji Magaji observed that some children lacked parental care hence the need of parents to monitor the activities of their children and ward and counsel them to be good ambassadors of Islam and the society.
The chairman attributed the insecurity in the country to non-adherence to the teaching of Islam and way of life of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.
Alhaji Magji admonished Muslims to seek Islamic knowledge for their benefit.
In his remark, the General Manager ATV Yola Alhaji Ibrahim Buba lauded the of Tafsir committee members for their contribution to their sacrifices which led to success of the one month activity and prayed to Allah reward them abundantly.
Earlier in his Tafsir the Chief Imam of ATV Jumma’at Mosque Malam Abdulkadiri Isa Adam called on Muslims to use what they have learnt during the Ramadan Tafsir in their daily activities and relations with others.
The Chief Imam also advised Muslims to seek for Allah’s forgiveness at all times as people are proned to making mistakes and committing sinful acts.
Prayers were offered for peace and unity of the country.
