The Adamawa state Planning Commission will organize town hall meeting at senatorial level to get inputs on the people’s needs so as to capture them in twenty-twenty one budget.

The Executive Chairman of the commission, Doctor Mary Paninga who disclosed this to newsmen in an interview in her office said the essence of sensitization is to enlighten the populace to present their areas of needs for government attention.

She explained that the sensitization will be at senatorial level and in line with government operational policy of bottom to top approach so as to improve the lives of people.

Doctor Paninga said the next stakeholders meeting will be in Michika and Mubi North for Northern zone, Fufore and Gombi for central zone while Guyuk and Jada local governments for southern zone, adding that similar town hall meeting was earlier conducted in other local government.

She stated that those expected at the town hall meeting include the Civil Society Organizations, Religious leaders, Vulnerable, Traditional Rulers, Youths and Lawyers among others.

The Executive Chairman urged the people to endeavour and attend the meeting so that their voices will tally with what will be captured in the budget.

She called on people to be conscious that any project cited in their area is meant to better their lives reminding them that they have a duty to guard projects jealousy.
