Islamic Scholar Enjoins Muslims to Instill love of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, on Their Children

The chairman Muslim Council Yola South local government area Modibbo Musa Sambo Ngurore has enjoined Muslims to instill the love of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, on their children to enable them become responsible Muslims in the society.

He made the plea during Maulud celebration to commemorate the birthday of founder Tijjaniya sect, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani held at the residence of Mallam Musa Kaduna in Bachure-Jimeta.

The Islamic cleric explained that sheikh Tijjani lived an exemplary life propagating Islam and teachings on the need love of Prophet Muhammad.

He enumerated some qualities of Sheikh Tijjani to include patience, trust, and love for Holy Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

The Islamic Cleric charged Muslims to use the month of Rabiul-Auwal to offer prayers for Allah to cleanse the country from all forms of criminal activities, while celebrating Birthday of Prophet Muhammad.

Also speaking, the organizer of the Maulud, Mallam Musa Kaduna, said the celebration was organized to show love for holy Prophet Muhammad, his companions, and to commemorate the birthday of Sheikh Ahmadu Tijjani founder of Tijjaniya sect.

He appreciated those who contributed to the success of the Maulud and prayed Allah to reward them abundantly.

Sheikh Abu al-ʿAbbâs Ahmad Muhammad at-Tijânî Founder of Tijjaniya sect was born in Ain Madhi, Algeria in seventeen, thirty five and died at the age of eighty in Fez, Morocco in eighteen fifteen.
