International Cycle of Faith Chaplaincy Corps, a Nongovernmental organization says it is rendering humanitarian assistance to people in the twenty one local governments in Adamawa state.

The officer in charge of administration of the Corps, in state Mr. Lamek Jalo who stated this when he led a team on a courtesy call on the General Manager, Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation, ABC Yola, Mr.Alleni Ethan Dah in his office at the Broadcasting House, Yola.

Mr. Jalo explained that the organization was formed to help humanity regardless of faith or tribe, adding that it has offices in Song, Michika, Numan and Demsa.

He said the organization has branches worldwide and now was in Adamawa it offering humanitarian services to the people, which necessitated the visit to seek collaboration with the mass media to create awareness among the public on relevant issues .

Responding, the General Manager, Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation, ABC Yola, Mr. Alleni Ethan Dah, acknowledged the contributing of the organization during communal clashes recorded in parts of the state and promised that the radio station will support its activities.

The General Manager called on the organization to complement government in the fight against insurgency and criminality saying it should be a collective effort to secure the society.
