The National President of Christian Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria Northern Youths wing Pastor Immaobong Odohofreh has stressed the need to intensify prayers for the country.

He stated this at a summit held at Living Faith Church in Yola.

The President said the prayer is necessary for peace and unity to prevail in the Country.

He charged Nigerian Youths to be ambassadors of peace and shun acts capable of denting the image of the country.

The summit with a theme “Overcoming Security Challenges in Northern Nigeria” Pastor Immaobong implored Christians to pray fervently for the development of the country.

He said the aim of the summit is to synergies and strengthens youths in the nineteen states including the Federal Capital Territory on the need to unite amidst security challenges.

While appreciating Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and his deputy Crowther Seth, for creating conducive environment for them to have the summit, the clergy thanked CAN chairman in the state, Bishop Dami Steven Mamza for constructing a Multi-Million Naira secretariat.
