Harvest: Kwandi Nuguraya Held Meeting With Farmers, Herders, Others

In line with the Adamawa state government directive, all farmers and herders are to respect each other’s belongings till the end of the harvest season.

His Royal Majesty, the Kwandi Nuguraya, Sir Dr Kuruhaye Dishon Dansanda II gave the directive today at a meeting with District heads, security agents, local government officials and ethnic representatives.

He said Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri will like to see the harvest period devoid of conflict with herders.

The Kwandi Nuguraya also urged the people to respect designated grazing routes and farmers to minimize selling of food crops.

District and village heads are by this directive expected to disseminate the same to the people down the line.

On the indiscriminate use and patronage of hard drugs and other forms of intoxicants, the Royal father said security agents will catch up with them.
