Federal Ministry of works and Housing acknowledges efforts of Member Representing Yola North, Yola South, and Girei.

Controller, Federal Ministry of works and Housing Yola, Mr Aminu Sambo has acknowledged the efforts of the Member Representing Yola North, Yola South, and Girei Constituency in the House of Representatives Suleiman Ribadu which have facilitated the construction of a Maternity clinic at Kofare, Yola South by the Federal Government.
Aminu Sambo who was speaking in an interview with ABC yola reporter in Yola said the Maternity clinic is one of the constituency projects of the legislator.
He said the Maternity clinic which will be constructed by the Federal ministry of works and Housing will be furnished, with beddings and other hospital facilities.
The Controller revealed that some of the project started by the ministry last year in Adamawa which include installation of street lights at Palaces of the first class Chiefs emir, block of class room at Government Secondary School, Mubi, three solar boreholes at Mubi, are almost been completed.
He added that recently one hundred street lights were installed at Federal Medical Center FMC Yola as work and those at Government Secondary School Hong was progress smoothly.
Controller Aminu Sambo Disclosed that work on abandoned bridge project linking Shagari low cost in Yola town and Polo club has commenced and the contractor has reached an advanced stage With the project.
According to Him the bridge project will cost about six hundred million Naira.
